Terms of Services
• Full payment after sketch approved (via BNI/OVO for IDR or Paypal for USD).
• No refund after artwork in progress.
• Prices include 2 revisions max.
• Artwork will be finished within one month max after payment.
• Commission result will be including: a 2000px x 2000px (300dpi) (or your custom) .png file with simple color background of your choice version, with blank white background version, and with transparent background version.
• Only for personal use, this means you can use the artwork as profile pictures, banner, wallpaper, printing for gifts, charity, etc; as long it is not to gain profit (commercial use).
Commercial use will be charged differently, if you need one please e-mail me (fatiahnm at gmail dot com) for further discussion.
• I retain right to the artwork and can use it as portfolio. Please let me know if you don't want me to post the artwork.
• I can refuse a commission request i'm uncomfortable with and/or beyond my capability. Also please be aware the artwork will be drawn with my artstyle as shown above, i will not accept commission request to copy other artist' artstyle.
How to order:
Send me an e-mail or dm through instagram about what kind of commission you want and the details, including:
• Your preferred name.
• Your preferred payment method.
• Type of Commission (bust up/halfbody/fullbody).
• Format size (if you dont include this i will make it 1:1).
• Description and reference picture for the artworks including: number of character(s) (max:4), expression, pose, and general design/clothing, background color/general mood. (You can also put sample of my artwork in which you wish the artstyle to be use.)
• If you don't want the artwork to be posted to my social media as portfolio (if you don't mind, ignore this).I will reply to you within 2 days. After we agreed on the sketch, I'll sent you the payment detail and finish the artwork within two weeks after payment.
